TODAY IS MY FRIEND CESCO’S BIRTHDAY WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOO
So on Tuesday, We had our first induction for our English class. The UK school system has your pick a major before you enter the school and you ONLY take classes in that subject. So when I tell people that I am taking English, philosophy, theology and history… they think I am nuts. But I thoroughly enjoy the Jesuit core education =) Our English induction was basically a welcome to the English program, describing what the program and classes are like. It is more affective for students that will be in the program all 3 years (yes, college here is 3 years instead of 3). But still we went. Then we went to the Activity fair where I signed up for EVERYTHING. After looking through the fliers, I narrowed it down to 3 societies that I will join the caving and hiking society and choir (just for you Big Dog Daddy!) Tonight is pandamonium at the student center, and I got my faced painted like a panda because well, when will I ever get the chance! That’s my tune for study abroad, as it should be!
